Our Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30-days of purchase (date shipped for online orders).  

Items must be in their original, unused condition and contain all original packaging, instructions and paperwork.

If you return a sized-to-order ring, the sizing fee is not refundable.

Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered custom designs, or jewelry that has been engraved or altered/modified beyond sizing.

All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.

Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product using a trackable, insured service such as USPS Priority Mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
