Why do the items I select for purchase create a quote?

Since may of the items on our site are made to order, fluctuations in precious stones inventory can change hourly, and pricing of precious metals can change daily. Quoting makes sure your order is priced to current market conditions.

How long is my quote good for?

Generally speaking, it is usually good for 3-days. However, a diamond or gemstone selected by serial number is not held until purchased. In the event your selected gemstone is sold before completing your purchase, we can select another with the same clarity, color, cut, and carat weight.

How do I complete my purchase?

Once your quote has been accepted, we will confirm your order/payment and begin fabrication.
